General structure of State administrative organizations of Mongolian tourism consists of the Tourism Board at Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism, Tourism Council under the Prime Minister and provincial administrative tourism boards.
Ministry of Nature, Environment and Tourism defines the state policies on tourism, monitors the implementations of the policies, devises decent legal frameworks to promote & develop tourism, provide tourism organizations with professional leadership and coordinating tourism activities and organizations in state and international levels. Provincial administrative office tourism boards are responsible for monitors the implementations of the policies within their province and regions.
